On January 31, amfAR will honor Julian Schnabel, acclaimed artist and film maker, Carine Roitfeld, editor in chief of French Vogue, and Bobby Shriver, founder of the (Product) Red Campaign, for their vital and distinctive contributions to the global struggle against AIDS.

The event will also feature a special performance by Grammy-winning singer/songwriter Barry Manilow. The black-tie dinner and awards presentation will take place at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City. The evening will open with a keynote speech by amfAR Chairman of the Board Kenneth Cole, and will include the première of a short film about amfAR’s history and accomplishments, introduced by Tony Award-winning actress Natasha Richardson, a member of amfAR’s board of trustees.
